Complete design service
SunBear has uniquely assumed both designer and Contractor roles for most of their built works, offering invaluable insights into budget, design, quality, project delivery, time, and site constraints. We can assist home owner builders with design only work or clients who wish both design and build services. Small footprint, low impact to the environment, beautiful design and craftsmanship is most important to us. Each individual home is designed around the clients lifestyle and taste.
Build from owner’s initial ideas or supplied plans
We can work from your supplied plans or start from scratch. Typically we gather information from our clients about their needs and start with small scale schematics based on those desires. From there we develop elevations before moving to finished scale drawings.
Interior design consultation and service
It all begins with an idea. Many of our clients know the look of what they want but do not know how to achieve it. Many want to create a more sustainable space using environmentally friendly materials, but do not know where to begin.
We have the design knowledge to assist you in making the right decisions with color, materials and textures inside and outside your living space. This resource is available in conjunction with our design/build service.
